President Fred Burgess called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Approximately 22 people attended the meeting.

- Treasurer – Dave Leroy – Dave is working on refunds for Inlet and Laurentians. He announced
it’s time for a banquet. Sandy Stine will arrange this for next April. - Extended Trips Coordinator – David Walborn – thanked trip leaders for this past season
- Membership/Newsletter Editor – Nancy Kauhl – Nancy announced any articles for the next
newsletter are due tomorrow (4/6/22)
New Business:
- Dave Leroy and Jesse Jepsen discussed the proposal to donate funds to Catamount, Jack
Rabbit, Winona and Crystal Lake. This will be discussed further in the fall. - In Andrea Hospodar’s absence, Fred announced that Andrea, as Programs’ coordinator, would
like to cancel the February 2023 meeting. - In Andrea Hospodar’s absence, Fred Burgess announced the following slate of officers:

No nominations were made from the floor. Dave Leroy made a motion to cast an unanimous
ballot. Bill Stine seconded the motion. All were in favor.
The business meeting adjourned at 7:11 pm.
Program: Trip Planning – thirteen tentative trips were planned. Trip leaders should have
contracts done, budgets submitted, and trip descriptions to the editor by June 15 for the
newsletter.
Tanya made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 pm.
