President Andrea Hospodar called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.

Election of officers carried out with no nominations posted to the slate. Bill Hoffman moved to close the nominations and the motion was seconded by Sandy Stine. There was a unanimous selection of the above officers.
Annual Trip Planning – A tentative trip schedule was developed for 13 trips pending trip leader confirmation of reservations for proposed dates. Bill Stine will send out a tentative schedule to general membership via email.
Of note: Nancy Kauhl reminded us that our membership dues should be paid by the end of May.
