Dave would like to reserve\u00a0rooms for 30 and will do so. Discussion regarding tax-exempt status for the club. No one objected that Dave apply\u00a0for this. Dues need to be paid by 12\/10\/10.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Secretary<\/strong>, Marilyn Grove: No report<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong>, Pete Oswald: Absent<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overnight Trips<\/strong>, Sandy Stine: See Trip Status above<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day Trip<\/strong>, Ron Henry: Absent<\/li>\n<li><strong>Membership<\/strong>, Mike McMullen: Deadline for \u201cPeople to Ski With\u201d 12\/10\/10. Pay dues by this date. These will be\u00a0distributed at the Christmas party.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Webmaster<\/strong>, Bill Stine: No report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program for the evening:\u00a0<\/strong>Dave Walborn \u2013 Cuzco to Machu Picchu. Dave shared his experiences hiking in the Inca heartland through slides from two trips, 17 years apart.
