NEW BUSINESS
Discussed the revised/updated bylaw amendment to Article XII, Sec.l regarding the lottery we used to fill over-subscribed trips. The purpose of the amendment is to do away with the current lottery that lumps all trip registrants together regardless of when they signed up. Motion to accept the revised Article XII, Section I was made by Dave Powell and seconded by Dave LeRoy. 26 were in favor, no one opposed. (Late arrivals to the meeting did not vote, hence the discrepancy between attendees and vote count.)
Bill Stine announced the annual holiday party would be held on Wednesday, December 21 at 627 N School Lane, Lancaster, and 7:00pm. Bill and Sandy will host the get together.
SPEAKER

Meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
