Ingredients
| 3 | 28 oz cans | Crushed Tomatoes |
| 5 | Red Peppers, diced | |
| 2 | large | Onions, sliced |
| 7 | lbs | Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, cut up |
| 5 | Tbs | Paprika (can include smoked paprika) |
| 2 | Tbs | Caraway Seed |
| Enough Water so pot won’t burn |
Directions
- Sauté onions in a large pot until soft and translucent.
- Add the red peppers, paprika and caraway seed. Stir in until aromatic.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and water. Simmer for 2 hours.
- Place cut up chicken thighs on cookie sheets and broil for 7-10 minutes or until they brown (depending on oven). Then place them aside where they will stay warm. Add them to the large pot and simmer for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve and garnish with dill if desired.
