Following are the ten trips that were proposed at the April 8, 2026 trip planning meeting. Trip leaders will now begin securing reservations for the proposed dates before finalizing the schedule. We expect to publish a final schedule by July 6 at which time we will begin accepting deposits. Deposits received during the early registration period through August 10 will be subject to a lottery if necessary. The lottery would be held August 24.
Reminder – Change to Lottery Rules for Overbooked Trips: Changes were made to the policy at the Executive Committee Meeting on Sept 17, 2025. Sections 7 and 8 of the lottery procedure were modified to eliminate provisions that exempted members who had signed up for only one trip during the season.
