Ingredients:
| 4 | Tbs | Olive Oil |
| 12 | Pears, medium ripe, cored and sliced thin | |
| 4 | Granny Smith Apples, cored and sliced thin | |
| 1 | cup | Apple Cider |
| ½ | cup | White Wine |
| 1 | Tbs | Ginger |
Instructions:
- Pour in enough olive oil to cover bottom of a large pot and add all the ingredients.
- Simmer until fruit is tender and glazed – about 15-20 minutes.
