Chili is the ultimate in comfort foods. This chili is tasty and packed with nutrition! It is easy and fast to prepare, an hour from start to finish. Adjust seasonings late in the process and add additional water if too thick.
Serve with crusty bread and a salad for a complete meal.

INGREDIENTS:

4 | 28 oz cans | Kidney Beans, dark red |
2 | cups | Onion, chopped |
2 | cups | Green Pepper, chopped |
2 | 28 oz cans | Diced Tomatoes |
2 | 22 oz cans | Whole Kernel Corn, drained |
2 | 6 oz cans | Tomato Paste |
1/2 | cup | Water |
4 | Tbs | Chili Powder |
2 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Black Pepper |
DIRECTIONS:
- In large pan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned; drain excess fat.
- Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
