Autumn Chili

Chili is the ultimate in comfort foods. This chili is tasty and packed with nutrition! It is easy and fast to prepare, an hour from start to finish.

Serve with crusty bread and a salad for a complete meal.

INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs Ground Beef
4 28 oz cans Kidney Beans, dark red
2 cups Onion, chopped
2 cups Green Pepper, chopped
2 28 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
2 22 oz cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained
4 6 oz cans Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbs Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In large pan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
