OLD BUSINESS:
Proposed changes to By-Laws were sent to the general membership via the Easy Glider and also available on the club website. The proposed By-Law changes were accepted with no corrections or additions made. Bill Stine made a motion to accept the proposed changes to the By-Laws. Lin Pomeroy seconded. All were in favor.

A motion was made by Bill Stine to accept the slate of officers and Sandy Stine seconded. All were in favor.

The business meeting adjourned at 5:15 pm.
PROGRAM: Trip Planning
A tentative schedule of ten trips was planned including Craftsbury I & II, Methow Valley, Inlet, Booneville, Susquehannock Lodge, North Conway, Laurentians, Gatineau, and Lake Placid. Bill Stine will send out the tentative schedule including dates to the general membership.
