The meeting was called to order by President Fred Burgess at 5:07 pm.

- Treasurer: Bill Hoffman states the current balance is $12,152.82. He had refund checks to distribute. He states 49 members participated in ski trips this season. He also states that yearly dues can be sent or given to him at this time.

Gary Musser presented the slate of officers for 2026-2027 year as follows:

There were no nominations from the floor. Bill Hoffman moved to accept the nominations and Sandy Stine seconded.
The Business Meeting adjourned at 5:12pm.
Our new President, Ron Henry, took over the ski trip planning portion of the meeting. A tentative schedule of 10 ski trips was planned.
We discussed the policy concerning overbooked trips Bill Stine will change the by laws to reflect changes made at the September 17 meeting. Nancy Kauhl will update this in the newsletter.
Question posed whether the books need to be audited. Bill Hoffman will discuss this with Jesse Jepsen.
