New Business:
- Dave LeRoy suggests that a board meeting is needed to address Covid issues as they relate to the club and policies,also suggestions made to discuss a new meeting place and time, and club policy regarding people joining the club just to go on a specific trip and not participating in the club in any other way Motion was made by David Walborn to discuss this at the next board meeting. Seconded by Dave LeRoy.
- Andrea states she did check into Center Street Grill and they are available for afternoon meetings.

No additional nominations were made from the floor. Bill Hoffman moved to close and accept the slate of officers as presented. Sandy Stine seconded. All were in favor.
Motion was made at 7:09 pm by Sandy Stine to close the business meeting.
Program: Trip Planning – 14 trips were planned. Bill Stine will publish the tentative list.
