Quick ‘n Easy Chili

This is my go-to chili. It is a slightly modified version of the recipe found on the back of Hanover’s Redskin Kidney Bean can.

This recipe yields 8 – 12-oz servings. (6 lbs, 3 qts)

INGREDIENTS:

3lbsGround Beef
cupChopped Onion
5TbsChili Powder
3clovesGarlic
327 ozRedskin Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
328 ozTomato Sauce
328 ozTomatos, Diced
1TbsSalt
¾tspPepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown beef in heavy saucepan.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
