Summer Pudding

Sandy made this easy peasy dessert for the Garnet Hill group in 2016. Delicious, creamy and light; it just melts in your mouth!

INGREDIENTS:

Qty Unit Ingredient
3 16 oz containers Sour Cream
3 12 oz containers Cool Whip
3 3 oz boxes Flavored Jello (Mango is a favorite)
1 lb Blueberries or cut-up other fruit.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix jello with sour cream until dissolved.
  2. Stir in Cool Whip.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit on top or mix fresh fruit into the pudding.
