Sandy made this easy peasy dessert for the Garnet Hill group in 2016. Delicious, creamy and light; it just melts in your mouth!
|3||16 oz containers||Sour Cream|
|3||12 oz containers||Cool Whip|
|3||3 oz boxes||Flavored Jello (Mango is a favorite)|
|1||lb||Blueberries or cut-up other fruit.|
- Mix jello with sour cream until dissolved.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve with fresh fruit on top or mix fresh fruit into the pudding.
